A Loss Assessor Explained

When you lose something that you had insured, you claim compensation from the insurance company. The insurance company sends a Loss Adjuster to check the details regarding your loss, and they give an estimate regarding the amount you are entitled to receive from the insurance company.

This may not be the exact amount that attributes to the losses you have incurred. This is why you need a Loss Assessor. A Loss Assessor is one who works and looks at things from your perspective. They help turning things in your favor and recovering the amount that is due to you. The role of a loss assessor is very much similar to that of a Loss Adjuster. The Loss Adjuster works from the point of view of the company and tries his best to reduce the compensation that has to be paid by the insurance company to the customer. The loss adjuster is paid by the insurance company.
