Property Investment Advice, Investing abroad
Published on 2nd May 2008 by Andrew Ward
For years now property investors have been advised that an investment in overseas property can outstrip investing at home; this is sound property investment advice. But in order to succeed in investing abroad most people seek to work with organisations that have a sound investment track record and local knowledge for each overseas location. Ward & Co, the UK & Overseas Property Investment Experts, provides this support for our members.
Buying an investment property overseas in the right area means that you'll have holiday rental potential. The holiday rental investment model is very different from residential letting as you need much less occupancy to be able to cover all your annual cost and make a rental profit. Weekly rentals in 'up and coming' or established holiday areas provide the chance to generate high rental yields as prices are at a premium for leisure and short term letting. Although property prices in established areas are higher than up and coming areas they are usually matched by higher volumes of visitors.
Ward & Co Property Investments has a remit to provide exceptional value in investment properties for its members; hence we only supply a limited number of investment opportunities overseas in a few specially selected locations. Our members have benefited from some great deals in the past and will continue to do so into the future.
