Answer: Having seen an investment opportunity that suits you it is best to make contact with our trained staff by the fastest means available to you. This will often be by phone but email is equally acceptable. The need for speed cannot be over emphasised as many of our offers are fully taken up on the day we announce them. Properties can be reserved for you as soon as the finder's fee and/or developers reservation fee have been received by us; credit card or direct bank transfer are our preferred method of payment as they are quick,secure and allows us to secure the property on your behalf in the shortest time.
